Job Description
We are looking for a SEM Specialist who is passionate about performance marketing and has hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, and other search platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and ROI-driven strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize SEM campaigns across Google Ads, and other search platforms
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management to maximize campaign performance
- Implement and track conversion pixels, UTM tagging, and audience targeting strategies.
- Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and reporting to ensure efficient spending and performance.
- Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and CTAs to improve CTR and conversions.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to align ad creatives with brand objectives.
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with SEM industry trends, Google Ads policies, and algorithm changes
Pre Requisites:
- 1–5 years of proven experience in SEM / Paid Search campaign management.
- Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads
- Strong knowledge of keyword research, ad targeting, bidding strategies, and remarketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance data.
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets for reporting and campaign data analysis.
- Certification in Google Ads or Analytics is a plus.
Good to Have
- Experience with AI-driven ad optimization tools.
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals for integrated search strategies.
- Exposure to App Marketing / ASO campaigns.
